In a statement marking Emirati Women’s Day, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid said that Emirati women have embraced success as their goal and innovation as their ambition, proving themselves capable of shouldering responsibilities in every field. He highlighted their established role as essential partners and fundamental pillars in various national and international arenas, standing alongside men as steadfast supporters and partners in shaping a brighter future for generations to come.

He added that the remarkable contributions and outstanding achievements of Emirati women reflect the enduring approach of the UAE’s wise leadership, which has consistently prioritised supporting and empowering women at all levels and ensuring their representation in positions of responsibility.

He noted that these sustained efforts have enabled Emirati women to emerge as leading global role models across various fields, while the UAE has secured top positions worldwide in several gender equality indicators.

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi extended his warmest congratulations and best wishes to Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the “Mother of the Nation”, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, on the occasion of Emirati Women’s Day, held in 2026 under the theme “Together, We Rise Stronger and Better”, as chosen by Her Highness.
