His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA), approved the project of the largest AI-enhanced data center in the UAE, established by Khazna Data Center in cooperation with the Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE).

His Highness noted that the Emirate of Ajman is proud to host the first AI-enhanced data center in the UAE, reflecting the State’s strong leadership in artificial intelligence innovation. Ajman has been able to meet the requirements of high computing power and scalability in artificial intelligence.

The innovative project supports the UAE’s strategic goals in digital and economic growth, and plays big part in strengthening the local economy by enabling jobs for highly-skilled people in artificial intelligence, along with enhancing the State’s reputation as an investment hub for business, artificial intelligence and innovation, His Highness added.

His Highness hailed the efforts of Khazna and EtihadWE and their significant role in launching a unique project that will positively influence all walks of life and serve as an ideal model for creativity in harnessing state-of-the-art technologies and artificial intelligence.
