Aqar Real Estate Corporation has signed a strategic branding agreement with Dusit International, a leading integrated hospitality group in Thailand, to develop Dusit Thani Residences Ajman. This project will be a landmark development, being the first internationally- branded residential project in Ajman managed by a global hospitality company.

Aqar will develop the project under the Dusit Thani luxury brand, operating according to the group’s highest standards of luxury, service, and comfort. This marks a significant milestone in Aqar’s efforts to elevate the real estate sector by attracting top international brands and enhancing Ajman’s appeal as a regional and international investment destination.

Commenting on this strategic partnership, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ajman Real Estate Corporation (Aqar), asserted that this concluding this branding agreement is a significant and pivotal moment for the real estate sector in Ajman. In terms of the project’s technical details, Dusit Thani Residences Ajman will feature 328 luxury branded apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms. The project seamlessly integrates Dusit Thani’s renowned service standards and culture into the daily lives of residents, enriching the living experience.
