Rashid bin Humaid Discusses New Investment Opportunities in Ajman with Dusit Hotels Delegation
Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Municipality and Planning Department – Ajman (MPDA) and Chairman of Ajman Properties (Aqaar), held discussions with a delegation from the global Dusit Thani Hotels chain to explore potential collaboration and identify new investment opportunities in the Emirate.
Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi welcomed the delegation, led by Siradij Donavanik, Vice President of Hotel Development, in the presence of Khalid Ahmed Al Hosani, CEO of Ajman Properties. He underscored that the Emirate of Ajman continues to attract high-quality investments that drive sustainable development and reinforce its vision as a premier tourist destination across all sectors.
Highlighting the Emirate’s robust investment environment, Sheikh Rashid pointed to its modern infrastructure and flexible regulations, which facilitate business operations and attract investors.
The Dusit Thani delegation reviewed the Group’s expertise in managing and operating luxury hotels and resorts. They praised the rapid growth witnessed in Ajman, noting both urban development and the expansion of its tourism sector. The delegation expressed strong interest in boosting hotel investment in the Emirate, aligning with Ajman’s ambitions for future growth and its investor-friendly policies, supported by comprehensive facilities that enhance the success of tourism and hospitality projects.
The meeting concluded with a commitment to continue coordination and open channels of cooperation, paving the way for new projects and initiatives in Ajman.
