The general assembly of AIMS Group LLC convened its tenth annual meeting, chaired by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the Chairman of the Municipality & Planning Department – Ajman, with the presence of the directors, the chief executive director, and the chief financial & operations officer of the company.

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi said in the beginning of the meeting: “The past year constituted a significant milestone in the journey of the company, as it was able to achieve a notable growth in its operational performance”, while he applauded its sustainable efforts to increase operational efficiency and achieve the best.

He stated: “The company registered a 34% growth in revenue, becoming AED 314.91 million in 2025, as compared to AED 235.13 million in 2024.”

He emphasized: “AIMS is updating the fleet of vehicles to cope with the major projects it is implementing, according to a comprehensive and integrated plan.”

During the meeting, the general assembly discussed the agenda, where the annual report was approved and the financial statements of the past year were discussed, besides the auditor’s report. Furthermore, the appointment of the external auditor for the new year, 2026, was approved.

In the end of the meeting, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, directed the completion of the files related to sustainable improvement for the attainment of the best results.
